Pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we hereby inform you of the principles regarding the processing of your personal data and your associated rights.

- The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, who can be contacted via e-mail at: rodo@kulturapodkarpacka.pl.
- Your personal data are processed for the following purpose(s):
- a) to perform statutory tasks and fulfill other legal obligations incumbent upon the controller,
- b) to pursue legitimate interests realized by the controller or a third party, and to conduct statistics and analyses.
- The Personal Data Controller processes your personal data based on applicable legal provisions or on the basis of granted consent.
- Your personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes listed in point 3, but no shorter than the statute of limitations for claims resulting from legal provisions and the periods specified in archiving regulations.
- You have the right to request access to your personal data, their rectification, erasure, or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, and the right to object to processing.
- You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority – the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (PUODO) – if you consider that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation.
- In cases where data processing is based on your consent, providing personal data is voluntary. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
- In cases where the basis for processing is a legal provision or a contract concluded between the parties, providing your personal data is mandatory. Failure to provide data will result in the inability to provide services related to the performed tasks.
- Your data will not be processed in an automated manner and will not be subject to profiling.
Cookie Policy
The administrators of the WDK website strive to tailor content to the needs of their audience; therefore, data obtained through cookies are used to improve the service and adapt content by maintaining statistics. Cookies are small text files sent by the visited website to the user's device (computer, smartphone, etc.).
Cookies used by the CMS application:
- The CMS application uses HTTP cookies to improve User Experience (UX).
- The cookies stored by the CMS application in the browser are:
- HTTP cookies storing user session information (PHPSESSID, setuki_sid),
- HTTP cookie storing information that the user has closed and does not wish to re-display the "cookies" information module (private_policy_acceptance).
- Cookies may be saved by external applications or libraries integrated with the website, in particular by tools such as Google Analytics and Google Maps.
- Event Listing – it is possible to switch the list view type on the website (from tiles to rows) – this setting change is also saved in a cookie.
- Google Analytics is connected and also utilizes cookies.
