The aim of the Competition is to support film productions related to the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The films and series are to contribute to the cultural, tourist and economic promotion of the region. The condition for receiving financial support is to link the production with the Podkarpackie Voivodeship through, among others: subject matter, creators (entrepreneurs and specialists from the audiovisual industry operating in the region), and above all through the place where the film was made. At least 100% of the equivalent of the net co-production contribution, financed from the Podkarpackie Regional Film Fund, must be spent in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.
