The aim of the course is to instill in students an interest in filmmaking professions at the post-primary level. The choice of course topics is not accidental. The research report "New and Shortage Filmmaking Professions in Poland," prepared by the Andrzej Wajda Film Culture Centre, confirms that the professions of colorist (responsible for, among other things, color correction) and sound operator are shortage specializations in the film industry. This initiative may contribute to filling the gap in the future market for filmmaking professionals in Poland and the Podkarpacie region.

Since 2022, four editions of the training course have already been held.
