The Jewish cemetery in Lesko is one of the most valuable monuments of its kind in Poland. The first mentions of it date back to the 16th century.

The Lesko Kirkut is located behind the synagogue, accessed via narrow, steep stairs. It is divided into two sections based on the period of use. In the older section, one can find gravestones dating back to the 16th century, crafted in a very simple, austere style, without ornamentation, and inscribed with archaic fonts. In the newer section, there are 19th-century matzevot (headstones), carved with motifs such as crowns, candlesticks, deer, and lions. It is also home to the roofed tomb of Rabbi Horowitz.

Since 1969, the Kirkut has been listed as a heritage site and stands as one of the oldest Jewish monuments in Europe.
