The hunting lodge in Julin was built by Alfred Potocki at the end of the 19th century. The palace complex includes: a hunting lodge, servants' quarters, a kitchen, and an icehouse.

The Potocki Palace is currently owned by the Łańcut Castle. It is a wooden building designed in the Swiss style. It has a specific structure featuring a complex roof consisting of several gable roofs over each section. It is topped with chimneys and an observation turret.

Its technical condition does not allow it to be open to tourists. It is awaiting necessary renovations. The facility is surrounded by a park that once featured swimming pools and sports fields. They are currently out of use, but the park can be visited. The palace and park complex is located in a forested area – within the ancient Sandomierz Forest (Puszcza Sandomierska).
