The Museum of Folk Culture in Kolbuszowa is an open-air museum presenting the culture of the Lasowiacy and Rzeszowiacy ethnic groups through reconstructed 19th and 20th-century villages. The atmosphere of past centuries is preserved within over 80 structures spread across 30 hectares.

The Kolbuszowa museum preserves the spatial layout of traditional farmsteads and settlements, reflecting the authentic character and social relations of a historical village. Individual buildings are surrounded by a natural environment typical of that era.

The museum showcases wooden architecture characteristic of 19th and 20th-century rural areas, including cottages, stables, pigsties, barns, granaries, a water mill, windmills, blacksmith shops, a school, an inn, a fire station, and a church. These sites are set among meadows, cultivated fields, and apiaries. The oldest structure, a manor granary, dates back to 1784.
