A Mannerist-Baroque synagogue built in the 17th century and ruined during World War II. Restored after the war, it was converted into an art gallery and a museum.

The synagogue in Lesko is a masonry building constructed on a rectangular plan. Noteworthy is its gable line topped with stone vases (a rarity in Poland).

Due to the significant damage it sustained, it is difficult to speak of a fully preserved 17th-century character (both inside and out). One of the most interesting surviving features is the frame of the Aron Kodesh (Torah ark) – modeled after the ark in the Golden Rose Synagogue in Lviv.
