The Bolestraszyce Arboretum was established in 1975. It features a park and the manor house of painter Piotr Michałowski, as well as a 19th-century fort of the Przemyśl Fortress. The trees growing there are also of historical significance.

The designated area of the Arboretum features several thousand plant species (trees, shrubs, and flowers) of both native and exotic origin, including protected and endangered ones. Its spatial layout references traditional gardens of the Małopolska (Lesser Poland) region.

The ground floor of the manor houses a Natural History Museum, which features the 'Protect the Birds' exhibition, a photography display, and other permanent exhibits. Within this area, there is also a Sensory Garden designed for visitors with disabilities.

In addition to the rich flora, the ponds filled with fish and water lilies are a major attraction. The garden is a highly atmospheric location that offers a stunning display of nature's beauty.
