University of Rzeszów

The University of Rzeszów is a young public university that has quickly become one of the key academic centers in the region.

The university was established on September 1, 2001, based on the Higher School of Pedagogy and branches of other universities from Kraków. The university campus consists of a complex of modern and adapted buildings located mainly in the area of Rejtana Avenue and Pigonia Street, complemented by teaching and research facilities featuring contemporary architecture. The development of the University of Rzeszów's infrastructure reflects the dynamic character of the institution and its scientific aspirations.
