A Gothic wooden church from the 15th century. Extensively restored between 1964 and 1980. The church is inscribed on the UNESCO World Heritage List.

The interior of the church consists of a chancel, a square nave, and a porch. The earliest decorations (polychromes) were created around 1550. Inside, there are three altars (the main altar from 1700, and late Baroque side altars from the 17th century – the left one featuring a 16th-century sculpture of the Madonna). There is also a late Renaissance pulpit from 1604, an 18th-century baptismal font, and a rood beam featuring a Baroque Passion Group.

The wooden church is situated on a hill, surrounded by old-growth trees and walls, located along the route from Rzeszów to Sanok. The temple's surroundings also include other wooden buildings and a brick vicarage. Nearby, there is also the wooden chapel of St. Michael the Archangel.
