The wooden Church of Saints Cosmas and Damian in Krempna is a classic example of Western Lemko architecture, distinguished by a characteristic tower integrated into the western part of the structure.

Although historical dates on the portals indicate a major reconstruction between 1778 and 1783, unique structural features suggest that the log-built temple may date back as far as the 16th century. From the outside, the facility impresses with its stepped domes topped with bulbous cupolas, while its interior houses a complete, multi-tiered iconostasis from 1836. Thanks to comprehensive conservation works completed in 2015, the building serves as an exceptionally authentic and picturesque historical location.
