Erected in 1674, the wooden church stands on a small hill. Contrasting with the modest temple is a long, massive brick wall that surrounds it.

The simple, lightweight structure is crowned by steep roofs. The small interior features a considerable amount of ornamentation and decorations. Next to the church is a burial crypt, accessed via a roofed descent. The building is surrounded by trees.
