The protagonist of the movie is Jerzy Dynia, a musician and a musical journalist of Polish Television, an expert and a promoter of the traditional regional folklore. For many years he`s been documenting rural melodies, chants and dying rituals. The movie shows the backstage of the production of the programme “Meetings with folklore”, presents the words of the journalist`s co-workers as well as showing his achievements.
