Today, this means only a few people in a very advanced age. For this year, they chose an important objective – restoration of the Monument of Remembrance for the Victims of Hitler`s Extermination Camps and Concentration Camps, located on the Communal Cemetery in Rzeszów. The are aware, that if they don`t do this, with their passing a memory about the people, for which this monument was made, will slowly pass.

The feeling of community of the former prisoners is shown through two people in the movie – Stanisława Imiołek – former prisoner of the camps in Pustków, Ravensbruck and Oranienburg, the president of the Rzeszów District of the Polish Association of Former Political Prisoners of Hitler`s Prisons and Concentration Camps, wife of Tadeusz Imiołek, former prisoner of camps in Auschwitz and Sachsenhausen and Halina Lewicka – wife of Józef Lewicki, former prisoner of camps in Pustków, Sachsenhausen and Oranienburg, a member of the board of Rzeszów District of the Polish Association of Former Political Prisoners of Hitler`s Prisons and Concentration Camps.

In the movie there also appear members of the Polish Association of Former Political Prisoners of Hitler`s Prisons and Concentration Camps.
