On 21.07.2022, an online meeting of the Competition Committee of the Podkarpackie Film Chronicle was held in Rzeszów, consisting of:  Marta Kraus, Robert Godek, Aleksandra Gorzelak-Nieduży, Jagoda Mazepa. The operator of the program is the Podkarpackie Film Commission, operating in the structure of the Regional House of Culture in Rzeszów. As a result of the concluded competition, the Regional House of Culture will become a co-producer of selected productions.

As part of the recruitment for the competition, 12 applications were received for a total amount of PLN 389,616.60 gross. 11 applications were qualified for the substantive evaluation stage; 1 application was rejected for formal reasons.

During the proceedings of the Competition Committee, the following Applicants were selected, who will be invited to negotiate co-production contracts:

The Podkarpackie Film Commission invites you to participate in the 7th edition of the competition to support film production entitled "Podkarpacka Film Chronicle 2022".

The budget of the Podkarpackie Film Chronicle for 2022 is PLN 180,000 gross. The funds will come from the budget of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship, provided that a grant agreement is signed.

The competition is divided into two programs:

Program I - a call for applications for films aimed at documenting historical and current places, events and people related to the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. Films should be a record of the cultural and social heritage of the region; commemorate individuals (historical figures, representatives of creative and scientific circles, athletes, social workers and other people identified with the region) and social groups, their contribution to building the image of the region and everyday life; present events, places, elements of heritage, traditions, social initiatives that are important for the region's culture and history.

Program II - a call for applications for films aimed at popularizing the natural values of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. Films should be a record of a selected topic from the area of regional fauna and flora and have the character of a popular science work.

The deadline for accepting applications is June 7th, 2022.

The date of its receipt by the Institution is considered to be the deadline for submitting an application. The application must be submitted simultaneously in printed and electronic form. Applications should be submitted to the secretariat of the Institution's headquarters, address:
