W dniu 12.06.2026 r. odbyło się posiedzenie Komisji Konkursowej Podkarpackiego Regionalnego Funduszu Filmowego (zwanego dalej PRFF). Operatorem PRFF jest Podkarpacka Komisja Filmowa, działająca w strukturze Wojewódzkiego Domu Kultury w Rzeszowie. W wyniku rozstrzygniętego konkursu Wojewódzki Dom Kultury stanie się koproducentem wyłonionych produkcji. Budżet Podkarpackiego Regionalnego Funduszu Filmowego na rok 2026 wynosi 1 300 000,00  złotych brutto ze środków budżetu Województwa Podkarpackiego.

W ramach naboru do PRFF wpłynęło 16 wniosków na łączną kwotę dofinansowania 4 682 487,00 złotych brutto. Do etapu oceny merytorycznej zostało zakwalifikowanych 15 wniosków, 1 wniosek został odrzucony z przyczyn formalnych.

Komisja Konkursowa w składzie: Marta Kraus - przewodnicząca, Aleksandra Gorzelak-Nieduży - wiceprzewodnicząca, Mateusz Werner i Jagoda Mazepa, dokonała rozstrzygnięcia Konkursu, podjęła decyzję o wysokości i rodzaju wkładu koproducenckiego, biorąc pod uwagę dostępne środki finansowe, oceny i rekomendacje ekspertów Rady Programowej. 

Wśród wybranych projektów znalazły się 4 produkcje fabularne pełnometrażowe i 2 filmy dokumentalne, których producenci zostaną zaproszeni do negocjacji umowy koprodukcyjnej:

The Podkarpackie Film Commission invites producers to participate in the 10th edition of the competition to support film production from the Podkarpackie Regional Film Fund.

The budget of the Podkarpackie Regional Film Fund for 2026 is PLN 1,300,000 gross. The Fund's funds come from a subsidy from the budget of the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The Fund's operator is the Podkarpackie Film Commission, operating in the structure of the Regional House of Culture in Rzeszów. As a result of the concluded competition, the Regional House of Culture will become a co-producer of selected productions.

The deadline for accepting applications is April 10, 2026 at 15:00. Documents should be submitted only in an electronic version in the form of an archive in .zip or .7z format using the server page https://prff.kulturapodkarpacka.pl/ (password: Nabor2026_@).

The aim of the Competition is to support film productions related to the Podkarpackie Voivodeship. The condition for receiving financial support is to link the production with the Podkarpackie Voivodeship through, among others: subject matter, creators (entrepreneurs and specialists from the audiovisual industry operating in the region) or the place of the film's production. A minimum of 100% of the equivalent of the net co-production contribution, financed by the Podkarpackie Regional Film Fund, must be spent in the Podkarpackie Voivodeship.

Applications for support of film production under the Podkarpackie Regional Film Fund may be submitted by any entity conducting economic activity in the field of film production, which intends to carry out film production related to the region. The conditions of participation are set out in the Regulations of the competition for the support of film production under the Podkarpackie Regional Film Fund.

The institution reserves the right to suspend the competition procedure or cancel the competition.
